Returns and refunds are carried out either by phone or on site, however it is ideal if clients visit the establishment, as even if a return or refund is agreed over the phone, clients are required to visit in person.
Returned items must be brought in the original packaging within 30 days from receipt. After 30 days have passed, no returns will be accepted.
Clients must report damaged or missing items to TPG Autoparts within three (3) days after taking the item.
Surcharge items may be given back to TPG Autoparts in exchange for credit notes, however items which are returned damaged or not in their original boxes will not be refunded.
